ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Nailah Hunter is a Los Angeles–based composer, harpist, and vocalist whose music blends ambient textures, ethereal harp, and folk influences. Her debut EP Spells and 2024 LP Lovegaze received critical acclaim for their dreamlike, healing soundscapes. Hunter hosts Astral Garden on NTS Radio, a bimonthly show where she curates atmospheric and meditative selections from across genres. With each episode, she curates immersive selections of ambient, new-age, modern classical, folk, and healing soundscapes—inviting listeners into a sonic “garden” of floating frequencies and meditative beauty.

Passionfruit hosts ‘Wabi Sabi’ on London’s NTS Radio and is a contributor at In Sheep’s Clothing HiFi, an analog music culture outfit and listening bar based in Los Angeles. Known for her extensive archive of records, she collects songs like souvenirs, each recalling precious moments found leafing through dusty foreign record shops or the catching of sonic fragments on the radio of bumpy taxi rides. Listen as she delicately guilds together these memories and shares music from lesser known and under represented musicians from across the decades.

Adee Roberson is an interdisciplinary artist, musician, and founder of CELESTITE RECORDS. Her sonic practice bridges percussion, synth, and sampled frequencies into intuitive compositions rooted in diasporic memory and spiritual resonance. A frequent collaborator and performer, Adee’s work spans experimental sound, installation, and ritual. Through CELESTITE RECORDS, she cultivates space for sonic healing, archival exploration, and sound system legacies. Her sets invite listeners into a space of vibration, restoration, and collective dreaming.

CELESTITE RECORDS is an artist-run record label and platform for collaboration founded by visual artist and musician Adee Roberson. Our collaborations with artists (working in any medium) include experimental and exploratory compositions, first-time experiences with a sonic medium, and projects that engage legacy, archives, and preservation. In addition to limited edition vinyl records, the label is excited to produce art objects, publications, live performances, release parties, and public art installations in conjunction with collaborators and colleagues working across visual art, music and cultural history, and product design. We prioritize collaboration with, and inspiration from, marginalized artists and those who wish to work with sound as both a healing modality and a language for liberation. Our work aims to provide intergenerational and interdimensional platforms for communication and collectivity through research and education initiatives, artist catalog and preservation efforts (ie: reissues), as well as institutional and community partnerships.
