In this series, she examines Chinese Canadian dishes and cooking traditions, focusing each episode on one Canadian province and a local specialty, with an expert. She also dives into the role online cooking videos play in diasporic communities — reflecting, translating, and disseminating stories of the people and places they’ve encountered.
