FCCW began as a series of dinner parties to sustain and nourish feminist art communities in LA. Since we opened our new home on Rosslyn St. last fall, it’s been a huge pleasure to gather in our space again and continue building connections, exchanging skills and ideas, and feeding each other, literally and metaphorically.
During our membership drive, we’re asking for your support to keep the dinner party going — keep the queer/feminist discourse roaring, the dishes coming, the creativity flowing. We are looking for 100 new members!
FCCW membership provides vital, values-aligned funding: it helps us to pay artists fairly for new feminist work, offer free programs to our community, and aids in our ability to publish books/put on exhibitions on any subject, from any perspective — no matter what gets defunded.
By becoming an FCCW member, you’re pulling up a seat (that maybe you made here?) at our table and offering a hearty contribution to the future of feminist art in LA and beyond. You can join for as little as $5 a month, and members at every level receive the same perks (access to our community/jobs boards and 20% off shop purchases), so please join at the level that fits your budget and commitment.
